wanderlust bride forever

A wanderlust is a carefree dreamer who feels inspired and invigorated when she’s out of her comfort zone, navigating life by immersing herself in the world around her. If you’re a wanderlust at heart, it only makes sense you should be wanderlust bride. When a wedding is done and over, the one thing that couples and guests remember most is the experience. You could spend months, or years, curating stylistic choices and picking out the best flowers, cakes and hairstyles, but it’s all going to come down to the memories and the shared sentiments. If the most unforgettable times of your life have occurred travelling and exploring, maybe your big day should follow suit! Of course, deciding to fly off into the sunset for a wedding comes with considerations, such as budgets, guests lists and having a long-distance planning process, but don’t get caught up in expectations...

Are you a wanderlust bride? If this list makes you feel warm and fuzzy, then the answer is yes.
Perfect for capturing your adventurous memories in love and travel. You can find the hardcover, and these amazing gypsy-inspired dresses, available on White Bohemian!

For you it’s about experience instead of tradition. While your friends saved for nice cars and expensive things, every penny you put away brought you one step closer to your next destination. The vision of success that resonates most personally with you are those tranquil moments of life spent in awe and admiration over simplistic beauty — a morning coffee on a sandy beach, the bustling of a new city at dusk or reading a book at a café surrounded by chatter you can’t understand.

Your friends list spans oceans. The wanderlust soul has a profound curiousness for humanity, thrives off meeting new people and finds growth in cultural exchanges. When your out with friends, your “that” person who says things like, “Once, when I was Vienna I met a philosopher on...”

Your home and wardrobe has become an international collection of great finds on grand adventures. When people ask you where you got something, you’re likely to respond with a country instead of a store or brand.

Procrastination for you is checking flight prices and planning imaginary trips. You have a whole stash of dream itinerates, you know all the tricks for finding the best places at good rates and others often ask you where to stay or what’s worth seeing.

If you’re planning your wedding and you should be buying bridal magazines, but you’re at the newsstand and instead, you can’t stop flipping through traveler. Well, this is a sign! Marriage is a journey in and of itself, so why not celebrate it on a journey of its very own.

The ultimate wanderlust destination for me has to be St. Lucia as this will be my wedding destination in 2018.
My partner and I chose this amazing place as we just couldn’t find the carefree, relaxed, adventurous day we wanted to remember by staying closer to home (UK).
Going with our hearts and choosing this amazing place also means we can combine it with a honeymoon, something we couldn’t have afforded to do otherwise. It does however mean that a lot of our friends and family won’t be able to join us on our big day because of the cost. That being said we both agree that being able to share the experience of St Lucia through our wedding, couldn’t be more perfect. As a wanderlust woman and half of a wanderlust couple, starting our married life in this amazing destination is going to make an amazing memory, the first in many many more I hope to share with the most amazing man I’ve ever known.
Hopefully I’ll be doing it all in a beautiful pair of barefoot sandals too, so whether I am lucky enough to win a journal or not, hopefully I’ll be able to share my day with forever soles either way.
Thank you for such beautiful products which enable us dreamers to live out our dreams. XxxxxX

Southern Taiwan has (so far…) been my favourite wanderlust. I spent a year there and my favourite past time was going exploring on my beaten up old scooter, up into the mountains finding isolated aboriginal villages and exploring the east coast with miles of deserted beaches.. my secret paradise.

Ultimate Wonderlust adventure would be southern and north western France. The glorious countryside, the ocean, the beach, the food, the people, and most importantly the wine. Many hours of traveling to reflect and pop down all those thoughts and inspirations into a journal. What wonderful ideas will be created with the perfect writing companion along for the ride?

My ultimate wanderlust destination is India, because of the cacophony of colour and chaos and the beauty of the Earth. It’s a place to wander, to lose yourself and to find yourself.

My ultimate wanderlust destination is Vietnam! I’ve always been drawn to its natural and ethereal beauty. There are so many gorgeous places to explore and people who embody the countries history. I truly feel that I must have lived in Vietnam in a past life, and now I have to return!

It is all about the journey so taking the time to stop and smell the salt in the ocean air and feel the sand between your toes is what it is all about to me. I’am planning a romantic chic bohemian wedding on the beach with reception at a beachfront penthouse lots of pastel flowers, satin ribbons and lace and vintage wares… I would love the wanderlust journal to write down all my thoughts and feelings leading up to the big day and to reflect on afterwards and during our honeymoon cruise to Fiji… It’s going to be magic ..

My ultimate wanderlust destination is the Bahamas, and luckily enough, my new husband and I are going there in three short months as one of our honeymoon destinations. I have always loved to travel, and until Scott came into the picture, I did most of it alone. Spending my 20th birthday volunteering in the Amazon rainforest of Peru, and my 21st on a trek to Everest Base Camp, all of my funds were spent on getting out there and soaking up as many fresh faces and memories as possible. It has rarely been glamorous, but when Scott and I travelled Australia, living in our car, we had never had bigger smiles on our faces. Since then, we have settled back into our home town, bought a house, and gotten married (in your barefoot sandals of course!). Our gorgeous wedding guests were generous enough to contribute to our honeymoon travel registry, so for now the adventure can continue!

We are off to Canada, Miami, Mexico, Jamaica, Cayman Islands and the Bahamas. I truly am bursting at the seams with joy for how blessed we both are.
This gorgeous travel journal would be the perfect companion to take on what could be the best trip of them all.

My ultimate wanderlust destination is more of an experience than a destination. I want to travel around the world in a van and see millions of sunsets all over the world.

My ultimate wanderlust destination is the Maldives. As a travel blogger the opportunity to travel there had come up in the past but I decided to save it for a special occasion – my honeymoon this month! It was just as beautiful as I imagined – turquoise atolls, tropical marine life and shimmering slithers of white sand – and I enjoyed wearing my Forever Soles to dinner in the sand every evening.
