We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We are a small business located in a remote area. We will work as quickly as possible to get your order out! We appreciate your patience.

Please be aware, some countries will add additional taxes and duties that the receiver will be responsible for. If these are refused, we will get the parcel returned to us and you will be refunded for the product, minus all postage costs for the return send.

 

Liability for lost or damaged goods

We highly recommend the express postal service. This includes tracking and a signature on delivery. Please be aware, once orders ship, they will become the responsibility of receiver. If your order has not arrived in the estimated timeframe, we will lodge an investigation and help track it and provide more information on the parcel whereabouts. We will need to wait for Australia Post to locate your parcel. Sorry no refunds can be given until we have a conclusion from Australia Post.

 

 

Customs/Import taxes for international orders

All international customers are responsible for the customs duties and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

Forever Soles will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.  

If the receiver refuses to pay taxes + duties, the item(s) will be returned to us and the order will be refunded excluding return shipping fee and original shipping fee.
