CARING FOR YOUR BRIDAL SHOES
We believe comfort is one of the highest priorities and we aim to provide a shoe that fits like it was made especially for you!
We have added extra padding in the sole of shoe, but if you need more, gel Cushions can also enhance your level of comfort when wearing heels.
If your shoes feel too firm, consider leather stretch spray which stretches leather shoes for lasting relief and comfort.
Always remember to protect your satin, suede and soft leather footwear with an appropriate protector before wear. Please use water and stain protectors. This is ideal for repelling water and stains.
Do not machine wash your Forever Soles footwear as this will cause serious damage.
If they get dirty, remove the excess dirt with light wet cloth or clean brush. If your shoes accidentally get wet on your special day, give them a quick clean and then stuff them with white tissue paper and allow them to dry naturally, away from a direct heat source. This will prevent the outer materials drying out in a bad shape and cracking.
For heeled products, check your heel tips. If your heel tips start to wear down, take them to a good shoe repair shop and have them replaced to avoid causing further damage to your shoes. When purchasing leather products from Forever Soles please remember that it is a natural product and some variations between pairs in terms of colour and finishes may occur.
CARING FOR YOUR BAREFOOT SANDALS AND ACCESSORIES
Please treat your barefoot sandals, anklets and jewellery with gentle care. The gold and silver metals are an alloy based metal and not real silver and gold. The metals may fade in time but should shine up nicely with a jewellery cloth.
Avoid exposing metals to wet sand or water.

What postal service do we use?
We use Australia Post (and DHL depending on your location). We recommend that packages are sent to a company/business address for faster delivery or to avoid not being collected safely from a home address. Everything is signature on delivery.
Your order will be shipped within 3 business days (excludes weekends and public holidays) of payment being received. We endeavour to pack and ship next day whenever possible.

Liability for lost or damaged goods
Orders are sent using a reliable postal service. All mail will require signature on delivery. If your order has not arrived and the 21 business day timeframe has passed, we will lodge an investigation and help track it and provide more information on the parcel whereabouts. If Australia Post has lost your item, you will be refunded or compensated with an exchange if your parcel cannot be located. Please allow up to 21 business days for your item to be delivered before contacting us. If your item is returned to us due to an insufficient address or it was not collected in the required timeframe, Forever Soles is not liable to cover return postage and we will be in touch with you about arranging a refund or exchange.
Customs/Import taxes for international orders
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates and taxes within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Forever Soles will need to declare the full dollar value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
Worried about what size to order? Don't be. If the fit isn't perfect, we'll be happy to arrange a return or help you with an easy exchange. We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If your shoes or body jewellery don't fit perfectly, we'll be happy to arrange a refund or help you with instructions on how to exchange it for the right size. Please see our exchange process below. And if any of our products don't meet your expectations in any way, we'll happily replace them or send you a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.

If you notice any fault to the product, we require a photo of the damage to be emailed through.
Returned items should be in the original condition as when it was received. Please ensure all gift bags and shoe boxes also remain in same condition. Please be careful when trying shoes on. If the bottom of shoes are scuffed, dirty or damaged, we will need to withhold 20% of order to arrange for professional cleaning.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding shipping charges (unless goods are defective or not as ordered). Sometimes it can take a few days for the money to appear in your account after the return has been processed.
We recommend you order the style or shoe you need as soon as you can so you don't miss out! Just follow the return process above to send back the size you don't want. This is the way exchanges are arranged at Forever Soles. We are also happy to provide a refund on all eligible returns.

If you wish to return a faulty Product, Forever Soles will gladly repair, exchange or refund the original piece in accordance with the following process:
That the Product was purchased within 6 months of faulty date.
You must notify Forever Soles by email to receive return authorisation.

Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been received by Forever Soles, however, please allow up to 14 days from the day You return the Product for Your account to be credited.
Exchanges are only possible if the item is available. Forever Soles can only exchange faulty items for the same item in the same style, subject to availability. If You wish to exchange, please make Your request clear when requesting Your return authorisation.

How do I make a purchase?
Step 1: Search for a product by using the search box or the main navigation bars.
Step 2: After you have found the product you wish to purchase please select the colour and size you require from our drop down box. If a size is unavailable a "sold out" message will appear once selected. For more information on the product and its availability, contact us.
Step 3: After you have made your selection, please click on 'Add to Cart' which will then take you to the 'Shopping Bag' page where you will be able to review your purchase, make adjustments or continue shopping.
Step 4: After you have reviewed your order and ensured you have ordered the correct size and/or colour, please click 'Cart' where you can check your order, and proceed to a paypal checkout or credit card checkout where you will be asked to enter in your payment details and billing and shipping information.
Step 5: After entering details, you will be forwarded onto the next step where you can review your order.
Step 6: After completing this you will be emailed a confirmation of your order via email. Please use this when corresponding with our Head Office, and await your purchase!
Where can I add my discount code?
When checking out, you will be directed via paypal.com right away, where PayPal collects shipping and billing addresses. After that, you will return to Shopify where you can pick a shipping rate, type in a discount code and the price is updated accordingly and, on that same page, you get to finalise your transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Discount codes must be entered at the time of sale. Unfortunately we cannot refund if you do not enter it in. You are more than welcome to use the code on your next purchase.

How do I know if an item is in stock?
If an item is out of stock, it will say "sold out" on the main picture. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. We keep very limited amounts of stock on hand and we are sorry if you miss out on your favourite item!
Can I include a gift message with my order?
Sure! Just leave a personal message in the additional comments section as you are checking out and we will include a personalized hand written card with the order.
Can I Forever Soles gift wrap my order?
All of our packages are carefully gift wrapped with tissue paper so our customers have a beautiful experience when opening their orders. If you order more than one item, these are usually wrapped together in one parcel.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
For jewellery, your order will be delivered to you wrapped neatly in tissue paper and a calico Forever Soles gift bag. We then place it in a white secure envelope to keep your product carefully protected.
For shoes, your order will be delivered to you wrapped neatly in tissue paper, and placed in a white box to keep your product carefully protected.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
You can change your shipping address by contacting us. Please note you will need to notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. We do ship orders quite fast, so if we do not receive your email in time, please be aware that you will need to cover the costs if your item needs to be redirected to your new address.
Can I add items to an existing order?

How will I know you received my order and when will payment be deducted?
After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. The payment is deducted at the time of the order.

How are the shoes made?
We design our shoe styles here in Byron Bay and then send our creations off-shore to be made. The shoes are then returned to us where the details and trims are hand made and attached securely to the shoe. We love to bead, crochet, hand sew, paint and more!
How are the shoes sized?
All sizes are based on standard shoe sizing. Click on the size chart in the bottom navigation on the site, or contact us here. As part of the checkout process you will be asked for your normal shoe size. We make our shoes in Australian full sizes (sorry no half sizes).

Our shoes are based on a medium width foot. Please contact us to enquire about the exact width of particular styles if you think you have wide or narrow feet. You can measure the width of your foot (or favorite shoes) and we can see if we can find the perfect fit for you!
Exchanges and Returns
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you have any questions about any styles, please email us before you place your order: email@example.com.
All the jewellery created is handmade and delicate. We ask that you please treat your jewellery with extra care. Forever Soles is happy to fix any broken jewellery you receive. We understand that breaks can sometimes happen. We request you to contact us via email and send a photo of your item. You will need to arrange the postage back to Australia and your jewellery will be fixed and shipped back to you at no additional cost. The return address is listed below.
What if my shoes don't fit properly?
We will happily help you find the right size. Please see the return policy.
What happens if I don't like the shoe once it arrives?
We can happily arrange a refund or exchange for you. Please be aware of custom making fees that are non-refundable. If you are getting designs made specific to your requests, we will be in contact with you via email to approve designs before they are shipped. Please see the shipping and returns policy for more information.

How long will my jewellery or shoes take to be shipped?
If the style is already in stock we can ship it within 1-3 days. For custom made jewellery or shoes, the usual turn around time is 1 week.

How much duty and taxes will I have to pay?
Customs policies vary from country to country; Forever Soles recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Forever Soles will declare FULL value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it. Unfortunately we cannot put a lower value on the parcel.
Does Forever Soles ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, you may only ship to one address per order.
How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
Australia wide: It will take up to 5-7 days for you to receive your order once it has been shipped. Our head office is located in a remote area, so it takes the postal service longer to get the orders out.
