How was your experience as a Forever Soles bride?

I had an amazing experience as a Forever Soles bride. I saw the Melody heels in seashell online and just knew I had to have them. I had tried on some different white shoes but something just felt like it was missing. That's when I discovered the seashell color - the light pink and soft look with pearls just fit everything I was looking for. We got married at the beach so the fact that the color was seashell was destiny! I found out the color was being discontinued so I signed up for the waitlist (they were sold out) and messaged the team on Instagram. I found some pairs on reselling sites but they just weren't my size. I followed up via email and the Forever Soles team was a dream <3 I received amazing responses and truly caring messages. I got a personal email that the shoes were back in stock - and they were MY size. The sweet correspondence sold me on the shoes even more. I couldn't wait to wear them.

Which shoes did you wear for your wedding?

I wore the Melody heels in seashell pink. They were the perfect shoe - so soft and so beautiful. My dress, jewelry and shoes all looked so amazing together.

What was your favourite thing about your shoes?

My favorite thing about my shoes was how soft they were, the little pearls - it really complimented my dress- and how unique they were!

How did you and your husband meet?

We actually met on a cruise! We didn't actually connect and start talking until about a month later, but we just knew there was something special there.

How long have you been together and how did he propose?

We started dating long distance in 2016 - he proposed at Universal Studios in front of the Hogwarts castle - I love Harry Potter! It was so much fun and so thoughtful.

What is the most amazing thing about your man?

He has the biggest heart - he will always go out of his way to help someone else.

How would you describe your wedding in one word?

Joy

What is your favourite memory from your wedding?

I have so many favorite memories - but it would probably be saying our vows with the ocean waves crashing in the background. It felt like it was a dream.

Where was your wedding located? What made you choose this location?

Our wedding was in Miramar Beach, FL at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. We met on the water - so why not get married by the water? We wanted to celebrate with our closest friends and family and we wanted to be able to spend time with our favorite people at our favorite place. We got married on the beach and it was the most perfect day. The forecast showed rain and storms all day so we moved our reception inside but it held off and we were able to get married in the sand like we planned and then everyone got to cool off in the a/c with all the dancing! It was the best day ever.

You're a wife now! How does it feel to finally tie the knot?

I can't believe it! It went by so fast. It is so fun to think back to our big day and I am so grateful we had such an amazing day with our friends and family.

Where did you go on your honeymoon?

We went to St. Lucia! It was absolutely beautiful and we can't wait to go back.

Any advice for our brides-to-be?

Don't stress about the small stuff. Enjoy the little moments because you will look back and miss this time of your life! Be sure to take a moment before the wedding to take it all in.
